| Description: | Generated in Ronald A. Laskey lab, 1996 Full-length XMCM7 and C-terminal fragment (545-720) of XMCM7 were cloned as SphI-BamHI fragments into pQE70 His-tag expression vector (Qiagen, Chatsworth, CA). Both recombinant polypeptides were expressed in E.coli and purified on Ni2+-NTA agarose (Qiagen). C-terminal fragment of XMCM7 was injected into rabbits. Full-length XMCM7 was immobilized on SulfolinkGel (Pierce) and used to affinity purify the antibodies. |
