| Description | This antibody was validated for tissue fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and cryosections following OCT embedding. Detergent sensitive / Triton X-100. This antibody recognizes synaptotagmin 1 and does not cross react with synaptotagmin 2. See Fox and Sanes (2007, PUDMED 17492637). mAb 48 (asv 48) has a higher affinity than mAb 30 (asv30). The two antibodies recognize the same antigen, Syt1. |
