Research Description:

I am currently a Sr. Bioinformatic Analyst at Xenbase.org, where I lead our team's efforts on improving gene and genome level annotations. My graduate research focused on modeling NAD+ metabolism and VACTERL type kidney defects in developing Xenopus embryos with Dr. Thomas Drysdale at the University of Western Ontario.
